Across TCGA cell cohorts, MET RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,322 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MET-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endothelial cell morphogenesis, Positive regulation of calcium ion transport into cytosol, and Regulation of actin filament polymerization. Each is linked with MET in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MET-to-partner and partner-to-MET results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endothelial cell morphogenesis grouped by MET-low versus MET-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
