MET

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MET mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 104 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MET-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2AG1, C1QC, and LY6G6F. Each is linked with MET in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MET-to-partner and partner-to-MET results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2AG1 grouped by MET-low versus MET-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MET→partner) and Y-score (partner→MET) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
