MESP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MESP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,567 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MESP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MESP2, SMKR1, and PEX11A. Each is linked with MESP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MESP1-to-partner and partner-to-MESP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MESP1 versus MESP2 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MESP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MESP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
