MEPE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEPE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,156 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEPE-associated genes across cancer lineages are SARS1, EMID1, and NUDT19P2. Each is linked with MEPE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEPE-to-partner and partner-to-MEPE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SARS1 grouped by MEPE-low versus MEPE-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
