Q-omics provides the consensus-scored NUDT19P2 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. NUDT19P2 expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, NUDT19P2 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, NUDT19P2 RNA expression shows 5,899 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LUSC, THCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where NUDT19P2 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
