Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEPCE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,097 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MEPCE-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTCD1, CPSF4, and MCM7. Each is linked with MEPCE in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEPCE-to-partner and partner-to-MEPCE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEPCE versus PTCD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEPCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEPCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
