MEOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,081 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF877P, WDCP, and RNU6-104P. Each is linked with MEOX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEOX2-to-partner and partner-to-MEOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF877P grouped by MEOX2-low versus MEOX2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
