MEOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP27, AWAT2, and C10orf53. Each is linked with MEOX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEOX2-to-partner and partner-to-MEOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP27 grouped by MEOX2-low versus MEOX2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
