MELTF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MELTF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,269 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MELTF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, SMC4, and FXR1. Each is linked with MELTF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MELTF-to-partner and partner-to-MELTF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MELTF versus SMC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MELTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MELTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
