Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MELTF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,747 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MELTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRP12, YEATS2, and RFC4. Each is linked with MELTF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MELTF-to-partner and partner-to-MELTF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MELTF versus LRP12 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MELTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MELTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
