MEI4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEI4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEI4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2J2, CLDN17, and OR3A1. Each is linked with MEI4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEI4-to-partner and partner-to-MEI4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2J2 grouped by MEI4-low versus MEI4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEI4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEI4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
