Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MEI4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MEI4 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher MEI4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MEI4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LGG show a favorable association.

STAD, KIRC, and UCEC are the cancer types where MEI4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
