MEGF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEGF11 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,676 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEGF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP21, SUPT6H, and MYH10. Each is linked with MEGF11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEGF11-to-partner and partner-to-MEGF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP21 grouped by MEGF11-low versus MEGF11-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEGF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEGF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
