Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,755 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED25-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC77, TIMM8A, and PARPBP. Each is linked with MED25 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED25-to-partner and partner-to-MED25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED25 versus CCDC77 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED25→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
