MED25

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,310 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCA4, THOC1, and TPR. Each is linked with MED25 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED25-to-partner and partner-to-MED25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED25 versus SMARCA4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED25→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
