Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,012 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED16-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA3, CEP72, and SMC4. Each is linked with MED16 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED16-to-partner and partner-to-MED16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED16 versus CDCA3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
