Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,903 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED16-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, CNTROB, and PINK1-AS. Each is linked with MED16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED16-to-partner and partner-to-MED16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by MED16-low versus MED16-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
