MED14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,578 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HUWE1, RBBP7, and KDM5C_S301. Each is linked with MED14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED14-to-partner and partner-to-MED14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED14 versus HUWE1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
