Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,215 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPED1, LMNB1, and NCAPH. Each is linked with MED14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED14-to-partner and partner-to-MED14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED14 versus CPED1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
