MEAK7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEAK7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,165 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEAK7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP10, CHMP1A, and CFDP1. Each is linked with MEAK7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEAK7-to-partner and partner-to-MEAK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEAK7 versus USP10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEAK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEAK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
