Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MEAK7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MEAK7 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher MEAK7 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MEAK7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and BLCA show a favorable association.
ACC, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where MEAK7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
