MEAK7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEAK7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 674 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEAK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND1P17, RN7SL346P, and FTLP5. Each is linked with MEAK7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEAK7-to-partner and partner-to-MEAK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND1P17 grouped by MEAK7-low versus MEAK7-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEAK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEAK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
