MEA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,517 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, PPP2R5D, and XPO5. Each is linked with MEA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEA1-to-partner and partner-to-MEA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEA1 versus GNL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
