MEA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5B2, RNA5SP536, and LINC01541. Each is linked with MEA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEA1-to-partner and partner-to-MEA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5B2 grouped by MEA1-low versus MEA1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
