Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,509 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MDH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, UBE2T, and MCM2_S139. Each is linked with MDH1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDH1-to-partner and partner-to-MDH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MDH1 versus MCM2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
