MDH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 737 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP519, TUBB8P5, and RNU6-571P. Each is linked with MDH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDH1-to-partner and partner-to-MDH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP519 grouped by MDH1-low versus MDH1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
