MDH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MDH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,332 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT4, ATP5PF, and MRPL35. Each is linked with MDH1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDH1-to-partner and partner-to-MDH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MDH1 versus CCT4 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
