Across TCGA cell cohorts, MDH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,313 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to molecule of bacterial origin, Cellular response to lipopolysaccharide, and Regulation of DNA damage checkpoint. Each is linked with MDH1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDH1-to-partner and partner-to-MDH1 results are reported.
