MDFI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDFI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,231 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDFI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FSCN1, MMP14, and PLAU. Each is linked with MDFI in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDFI-to-partner and partner-to-MDFI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MDFI versus FSCN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDFI→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDFI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
