MDFI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDFI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 120 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDFI-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL453P, MIR4311, and H2BC2P. Each is linked with MDFI in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDFI-to-partner and partner-to-MDFI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL453P grouped by MDFI-low versus MDFI-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDFI→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDFI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
