MCUB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCUB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 199 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCUB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIAP83, LINC00328-2P, and ATF4P3. Each is linked with MCUB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCUB-to-partner and partner-to-MCUB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPIAP83 grouped by MCUB-low versus MCUB-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCUB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCUB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
