Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCU protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,881 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCU-associated genes across cancer lineages are HEATR1, FAM20B, and ASH1L. Each is linked with MCU in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCU-to-partner and partner-to-MCU results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCU versus HEATR1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.22.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCU→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
