MCMDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCMDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,148 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCMDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P36, MTCYBP45, and ATP5MGP7. Each is linked with MCMDC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCMDC2-to-partner and partner-to-MCMDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P36 grouped by MCMDC2-low versus MCMDC2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCMDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCMDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
