Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are FURIN, ABCA10, and NAA20. Each is linked with MCM8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM8-to-partner and partner-to-MCM8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCM8 versus FURIN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
