Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,241 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, ZNHIT3, and CERS3-AS1. Each is linked with MCM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM4-to-partner and partner-to-MCM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by MCM4-low versus MCM4-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
