Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,122 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, MCM5, and GINS1. Each is linked with MCM3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM3-to-partner and partner-to-MCM3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCM3 versus CENPM in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
