MCM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,939 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIT, MAP6, and RNU6-73P. Each is linked with MCM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM3-to-partner and partner-to-MCM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIT grouped by MCM3-low versus MCM3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
