Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,572 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication, Meiotic chromosome condensation, and DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication. Each is linked with MCM3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM3-to-partner and partner-to-MCM3 results are reported.
