MB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,084 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TJP3, FOXA1, and ILDR1. Each is linked with MB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MB-to-partner and partner-to-MB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
