MATN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MATN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MATN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLK12, PRAMEF10, and PRAMEF17. Each is linked with MATN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MATN1-to-partner and partner-to-MATN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLK12 grouped by MATN1-low versus MATN1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MATN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MATN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
