Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAT2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,325 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAT2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SND1, PARP1, and PDIA4. Each is linked with MAT2A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAT2A-to-partner and partner-to-MAT2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAT2A versus SND1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAT2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAT2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
