Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAST1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, MEK1, and ATM. Each is linked with MAST1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST1-to-partner and partner-to-MAST1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by MAST1-low versus MAST1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
