Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,675 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAST1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Locomotory exploration behavior, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Regulation of protein localization to centrosome. Each is linked with MAST1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST1-to-partner and partner-to-MAST1 results are reported.
