Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,886 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMS22L, GKAP1, and C6orf136. Each is linked with MAST1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST1-to-partner and partner-to-MAST1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMS22L grouped by MAST1-low versus MAST1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
