MAS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,933 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTNND1_S269, EPB41L3_S762, and ARHGEF7_S25. Each is linked with MAS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAS1-to-partner and partner-to-MAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAS1 versus CTNND1_S269 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
