MAS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,343 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPH, C1orf50, and PRELID1. Each is linked with MAS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAS1-to-partner and partner-to-MAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPH grouped by MAS1-low versus MAS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
