Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCKSL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCKSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-13P, RNA5SP414, and RNU1-68P. Each is linked with MARCKSL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCKSL1-to-partner and partner-to-MARCKSL1 results are reported.
