Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCKS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,729 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARCKS-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAP, ASPN, and COL1A1. Each is linked with MARCKS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCKS-to-partner and partner-to-MARCKS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARCKS versus FAP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCKS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCKS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
