The most reproducible MARCHF11-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LYSMD3_S55, COMMD5, and MICAL3_S1371. Each is linked with MARCHF11-AS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF11-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF11-AS1 results are reported.
