Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MARCHF11-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MARCHF11-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher MARCHF11-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MARCHF11-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

CESC, LUAD, and UVM are the cancer types where MARCHF11-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
